Shipping policy

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (if applicable).


🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times range between 3–5 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or external factors beyond our control.


🚚 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order’s progress directly through the carrier’s website or tracking link provided.


🧾 Proof of Delivery

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered to the correct address. We may accept the following as valid proof of delivery:

  • Photographic evidence taken by the delivery driver at the time of drop-off.

  • Signature confirmation.

  • GPS delivery coordinates confirming the package was left at your address.

If one or more of these forms of evidence is present, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund or replacement will be issued for claims of non-receipt.


🚫 Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to repeated failed attempts or refusal of the package, a restocking fee may apply.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier with valid proof (photo, signature, or GPS) are not eligible for replacement or refund.
